Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be processed. Products that are not available in our Swedish warehouse are dispatched from our international warehouse with tracked delivery within 5–10 working days. Products available in our Swedish warehouse are delivered within 1–2 working days with DB Schenker.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.
Orders dispatched from our international warehouse may be subject to import duties upon delivery.
Dispatch confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@nordretail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Our prices exclude VAT. Customs duties, import taxes and other fees may therefore apply when products are dispatched from our warehouse in China. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges.
